It is an industry in healthcare founded by Henry J. Kaiser and their headquarters are located in Oakland. The company is dedicated to ensuring that all of their patients receive equitable care. They work together as a team to set an example for leadership and proper communication. Kaiser’s number one priority are its patients. While in Kaiser’s care they focus on providing individual care as well as their own personal touch to ensure the patient feels at home and comfortable enough to rely on them. Treating each patient with dignity and respect as they would like the same. This company also embraces the art and science of nursing by integrating the ANA’s “Scope and Standards of Practice” making sure that they can ensure the best quality care for their patients. They treat their patients as an individual to be cared for and not a medical condition to be treated meaning they specialize in the care of their patients and hospitality.
I see myself offering value to this company because their values align with mine, I will put my all to ensure those values continue and are practiced with each patient. I’m willing to provide time and effort into learning everything I can about their values. I can utilize my leadership skills to help others that also come from lower income communities companies who actually favor in providing the best health care for their patients.
The Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses-Health care (organization)
This organization is made up of 24,000 members worldwide who specialize in the area of women and infants. Founded in 1969 as the Nurses Association of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, the association became a separate nonprofit organization called the Association of Women’s Health and Neonatal Nurses in 1993.This organization encourages diversity and evidence based practice to ensure the best quality service is provided.Their mission is to empower and support nurses caring for women, newborns, and their families through research, education, and advocacy. They specialize in care for babies and mothers after birth. They are a diverse organization that has participants all over the world and best of all they are non-profit. Their goal isn’t the money but to ensure the health and care for both mother and child can make a difference in their ongoing health journey.
I can see myself offering value to this organization because I will dedicate my time and nurture to ensure both mother and baby are safe. I want to utilize my knowledge and skills to help this organization grow. Being a postpartum nurse has always been my dream career and I am sure my devotion can help make a difference. Not only will I commit my time but I will also commit to learning as much as I can to inform learning nurses. I can work as a RN and slowly work my way up as I progress in this field.
American Society of Animal Science
The American Society of Animal Science is a membership society that supports the careers of scientists and animal producers in the United States and internationally. They focus on the health of larger animals such as livestock and horses. They specialize in the science of the anatomy of the animals.They believe that animals are essential to human life and well being.They know that animals are constantly adapting to human life and they want to ensure they are updated. They also believe that animals benefit the human race with companionship as well as human aid.This organization aims to be the voice of animal science.
I see myself offering value to this company because their values align with mine. I grew up alongside livestock and surrounded by all types of animals so I have experience and knowledge on this topic. I want to continue to progress animal science to ensure all animals receive the care and treatment they deserve. I can work as a vet or as a promoter to raise more awareness on this subject. I will learn all that I can and use it to educate others.

She specializes in pediatrics. Her occupation is a Kaiser Permanente physician.She is a native New Yorker who grew up in southern California. Nancy went to UC Los Angeles, School of Medicine and has accomplished a board of certification in pediatrics. She cares for children from birth to adolescence. Her goal is to understand the parents and their children to provide the best care.Nancy is also fluent in both english and spanish. Nancy also provides her work to physicians and surgeons.

DJ has served as a chief strategist and innovator in the areas of membership, volunteer development and stakeholder engagement, including at the American Association of Diabetes Educators and the Drug Information Association. He is a 2016–2018 class of the ASAE Diversity Executive Leadership Program scholars, and has specialized in diversity and inclusion efforts at multiple organizations. In 2013 he gained the dual honors of being named one of Association Forum’s “40 Under Forty” exemplary association executives and one of Association Trends Magazine Young & Aspiring Association Professionals. He currently serves on the CAE Commission, which governs the Certified Association Executive examination and credential.
Dr. Jan Pol
Dr Jan Pol has been a practicing veterinarian for more than half his life. In 1981 he and his wife, Diane, opened a vet business out of their home, and over the years it has grown to service more than 19,000 clients. He was born in Wateren Netherlands in 1942. Specializing in large farm animals, Dr Pol treats horses, pigs, cows, sheep, alpacas, goats, chickens and even an occasional reindeer. Despite his old age he is so devoted to caring for animals he continues to run his clinic and even has a son who is just as devoted. He takes on every aspect of caring for these animals.
I could use a website to position myself as a promising candidate by providing all my prior experience and knowledge on the first page. Providing my background and my education. On a well organized website that has the answers to all the questions they might want to ask. I will also provide an email and phone number if they have any questions. I would make sure the website is pleasing, easy to navigate and informing. On the website would also be pictures of my experience in such a work field. I would want to make sure my wording is professional and that all information i have is up to date and correct.
